In keeping with its mission, The Webb Foundation conducts research to measure and understand the impact of electronic communications media when applied to social, business, organizational and academic pursuits.

Recently the Foundation began to offer publications with the debut of its major research study Dynamic Media in Transition. Added to the publications list is the standard Effectiveness of Video in Organizations: An Annotated Bibliography, originally published by the ITVA Foundation in 1995, which is available on disc.
