With more than seventeen years experience in career technology, Patricia
specializes in helping people discover the best career fit according to work
preference, learning and leadership styles and individualized predisposition.
She is a catalyst who inspires people to pursue their uniquely satisfying
path through career assessment and individual coaching. Her expertise in
effective communications and human relations assists individuals in
developing the confidence to design their own lives. Patricia coaches groups
and individuals in aligning their values and purpose in order to create a
mission and vision for their lives individually and as a company.
Business Experience
Patricia has worked in the field of career education and as an outside
consultant for career management firms for twenty years. Her assignments
included executive out placement coaching, group workshops and individual
career assessments for fortune 500 companies. She has created, managed and
delivered a career pathways program for teenagers in Spring Branch School
District. In recent years her focus has been executive coaching and
leadership development, especially as it relates to business development and
improving interpersonal effectiveness. Her clients experience maximized use
of their talents and improved career and life balance. Project management
assignments range from directing a nationally televised performance to
serving as logistics coordinator for the Houston celebration of Points of
Light.
Education
After receiving her Bachelor of Science from Sam Houston State University,
Patricia continued her education at the University of Houston in marketing
and career technology. She completed the certified life planner course work
with Thomas Leonard including Life Design and Professional Coaching. She is
an instructor and facilitator for the Quantum Breakthrough Experience, the
Birkman assessment report for career consultants and Covey's Seven Habits for
Effective People. Patricia is also a mentor for the Life Training Program and
is a graduate of Landmark Education's Forum.
Personal
A Texas resident for more than thirty years, Patricia enjoys widening her
horizons through books, tapes and seminars. She loves people, the outdoors,
travel and creating prototypes for teaching new ideas. Biking, snorkeling,
water skiing and snow skiing are among her favorite sports.

Stan Tyler's Executive Coaching focus for the last nine years has revolved
around personal and business effectiveness, especially as it relates to
making and coping with change. His strong interest in the use of assessment
tools and executive coaching has led him to assist organizations in aligning
individual and corporate visions, building strong teams, hiring the employees
who best match the job and company culture and in anticipating and making the
best use of employee differences.
During the last ten years Stan has served as an Executive Coach to over 500
mid to senior executives. His coaching emphasis has centered primarily on
designing and managing careers and businesses that are highly successful and

Stan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of
Oklahoma and continues to participate in ongoing self development and
coaching course work.
Personal
Stan and his wife Patricia are enjoying building their business and watching
the career development of their two children. Stan also loves the challenge
of improving his golf game while still having fun.
